How to submit a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe copyrighted content has been posted on our site without permission, send a written notice to dmca@bhoomi-rtconline.com containing the following:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Describe the work with enough detail (title, registration number if available).
Identification of the infringing material on our site. Provide full URLs or clear descriptions so we can find the content.
Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
Statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or law.
Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.

What we do after receiving a notice
When we receive a proper DMCA notice, we will:
Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who posted the content with a copy of the takedown notice.
Provide the user with information about how to submit a counter-notice.
We may notify users before removing content when doing so does not risk further infringement.
Counter-notice procedure
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Include:
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or another appropriate jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notice to dmca@bhoomi-rtconline.com. After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a lawsuit.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Repeat infringement may also result in IP blocks and other technical measures.
